A long-overdue update.Let's see... I blew up my computer.
Twice.
First time, had a really annoying keylogger that kept trying to run away with my GaiaOnline account + a paranoid antivirus system = fail.
Second time... well, let's just say that cold coffee and complex internal circuitry don't exactly mix.
Exams, falling behind in classes, being sick and uninspired. The usual suspects. >o>"
But that's not to say it was all bad... Anime North '09 was fantastic. o: Can't believe it was almost a month ago now. >: (Also can't believe that I didn't make a post about it 30 seconds after I got home from the convention. I really have been slacking.)
Pros and Cons of AN '09:
Pros
Got to go in cosplay this year (will post pictures of my own cosplay and my friends when I stop being lazy and get them off my cell...) Took ton of pictures, got tons of pictures taken of me and my costume. Bought the entirety of Gundam SEED Destiny on DVD. Finally. Win.Cons
None of those pictures ever showed up anywhere, which sort of makes me wonder what exactly people are doing with them... 
Dying on the floor of the DoubleTree Hotel's lobby after suffering what I'm sure was some sort of horrific brain trauma (headache from hell that ibuprofen didn't help - only seemed to make me nauseous?) Having people coming up to me and asking me for a picture while I lay dying >o>"Oh well. In the end, it was all good fun. Saw some really fantastic cosplays... Wish I could have gone for all three days.
Sketchdump to follow once I finish my exams on Friday. I have stuff to post for my stories and for a contest I'll be entering on my new favourite online game. ^^
Summer break starts in two days. Goals for this summer?
1) Practice drawing, maybe learn how to use a physical pen as opposed to the Pen Tool in Photoshop
2) Go a week without breaking my laptop in some form or another
3) Finish writing at least one of my stories (or at least take a big bite out of one...)
4) Practice Photoshop/COPiC Markers
What about you guys? What're your plans for the summer?
Hmm, that actually turned into quite the novel. Didn't mean to run on this long; oh well.

EDIT: I suppose I should also mention that I DID find my tablet pen in the end. xD
